Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing or using The JV Network.

1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing The JV Network (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other agreements referenced herein.

2. The Service
The JV Network is a joint venture network service that provides:

- A 10-day free trial
- Pre-qualified partners
- Access to our private JV community and resources

After the 10-day trial, the Service automatically continues at $247 per month (recurring) unless cancelled. A one-time $997 upsell may also be offered during checkout for additional advanced features.

3. Free Trial
Your 10-day free trial begins on the date of purchase. You will not be charged during the trial period. To avoid any charges, you must cancel before the end of the 10th day. After the trial ends, your payment method will be charged automatically.

4. Billing and Payments

All payments are processed securely via ThriveCart.
Subscriptions automatically renew each month.
You authorize us to charge your payment method for the monthly fee of $247 and any applicable upsells.
Prices are in USD and exclude any applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from within your ThriveCart account.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
No refunds will be issued for partial months or for the $997 one-time upsell.

6. Refunds

Due to the digital and ongoing nature of the Service, all sales are final after the 10-day free trial period.
Refunds are only possible within the 10-day free trial if requested before any charge occurs.
We do not offer refunds on the $997 one-time upsell.

7. Use of the Service

You agree to use The JV Network only for lawful business purposes.
You are responsible for all JV introductions and business dealings that result from the Service.
We do not guarantee specific results, revenue, or successful joint ventures.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The JV Network and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. No Guarantees
We cannot guarantee that you will receive JV introductions every week, that partners will respond, or that any joint venture will generate revenue. Results depend on many factors including your own follow-up, offer quality, and market conditions.

10. Intellectual Property
All content, systems, and materials provided inside The JV Network are owned by us and may not be copied, shared, or used outside of your own business without written permission.

11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these terms.

12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
